Holy Spirit Parish Tempe issued the following announcement on Nov. 18.

Please take a moment to select an ornament from the Giving Tree located in the narthex of the church or select an item from the list below. We ask you to bring your unwrapped gift to either the parish office during regular office hours or to the narthex of the church at any of our Masses. Please keep in mind toys and gifts are due by Sunday, December 13th.

Your gift will sponsor families from local organizations such as Andre House, Elizabeth House, Prison Ministries, Flight 33, an orphanage in Mexico and Catholic Charities.

Thank you for your generosity this Advent season!

Giving Tree items requested: infant toy or sleeper, toy for toddler boy or girl, toy for boy or girl 4-5, toy for boy or girl 6-8, toy for boy or girl 9-11, gift for  teen boy or girl, Target gift card, Fry’s gift card, hats and gloves, underwear (any size), socks (any size)
