Holy Spirit Parish Tempe issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.

All Souls’ Day is approaching. Traditionally, November is the month we

remember all the holy souls and our friends and loved ones who have passed on.

With that in mind, on Wednesday, October 28th at 7:00 p.m., in the church, we will

be presenting the hour-long Documentary film Purgatory: The Forgotten Church.

Fr. John Clote will be offering a short presentation before the film. Everyone is

invited. There is no charge. If you have questions about what we believe as

Catholics about purgatory this film is instructive & beautifully illustrates how

purgatory really points to the merciful love of Our heavenly Father….

It’s beautiful. And remember our loved ones.
